• Accuracy of Listings: While we strive to verify the listings on our platform, pricing, availability, dimensions, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
• No Financial Advice: Content provided through the Service does not constitute formal financial, legal, or investment advice.

3. Acceptable Use of the Platform

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post or transmit false, misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory details.
• Scrape, harvest, or use automated systems to extract data from our application without prior written consent.

All content, branding, trademarks, user interface designs, software code, and proprietary assets featured within the Kuber Realty app are the exclusive property of Kuber Realty and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app strictly for personal, non-commercial real estate searches.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kuber Realty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or property transaction opportunities resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.

• Unscheduled platform downtime or technical maintenance.

6. Termination of Service
